What is the warranty on my Flow cells?
Once the goods have been delivered to you, the following warranty periods apply:
MinION and GridION Flow cells have a 'useful life' of 12 weeks.
The Flow cell check needs to be performed before use for MinION/GridION Flow cells.
If your flow cell(s) check is below 800 pores, please contact support within 2 business days of the flow cell check result.
PromethION Flow Flow Cells have a 'useful life' of 12 weeks.
The Flow cell check needs to be performed before use for PromethION Flow Cells.
If your flow cell(s) check is below 5000 pores, please contact support within 2 business days of the flow cell check result.
Flongle Flow cells have a 'useful life' of 4 weeks
The Flow cell check needs to be performed before use for Flongle Flow cells
If your flow cell(s) check is below 50 pores, please contact support within 2 business days of the flow cell check result.

How should I store my Flow cells?
MinION and GridION Flow cells:
Flow cells can be stored, unopened, at room temperature for one month.
Flow cells can be stored at 2-8°C for 12 weeks.
PromethION Flow cells:
During Early Access we ask users to store their flow cells at 2-8°C. Flow cells are stable for a few days at room temperature, however, we will formalize guidance during the course of product roll-out.
Flow cells can be stored, at 2-8°C for 12 weeks.
Flongle Flow cells:
Flow cells can be stored at 2-8°C for 4 weeks.
