My flow cells are loaded into the PromethION, but I cannot select them in the GUI. They have stayed greyed out?

The flow cell control software may have come online after the GUI was initiated. Please try refreshing the screen by pressing Ctrl + R.

If this does not help please try moving the flow cell to a different position.
