Reports in Agent are intended to be a lightweight version of the full report available in the EPI2ME Portal.

The report in Agent combines the data output from each step in the analysis into a single view. This can result in similar charts and visualisations being shown multiple times (e.g, barcodes).

We hope to deliver the most relevant and salient information to the user in the shortest time possible. For a more detailed view of the output, users will view the report in the EPI2ME Portal by clicking the blue VIEW REPORT button at the top right.
