If for any reason you get an error or issue when running the EPI2ME agent, a ticket can be raised with Technical Support using the bug icon on the agent at the top right of the screen.
You will then be required to fill in a title and a brief description of the issue.
Optionally, you may also include details of the behavior you expected and the behavior experienced.
Submitting will allow you to swap through to your email application or manually add to an email by selecting copy to clipboard.
