My Fasta Reference Upload has not been completed in EPI2ME Desktop Agent. What should I do?
Updated over a week ago

1. Check to ensure that there are no spaces in the fasta file name used as input for the workflow. If there is a space in the name, then rename the file to remove this space and try to upload again.

For example, if the current file name is my fasta file.fasta, then edit the file name to be myfasta_file.fasta.

2. Check that the genome size does not exceed the specified limits for upload.

3. Check to ensure the fasta file is correctly formatted, such as the samples that are shown here.

You can open the fasta files in a text editor, such as Notepad.
