EPI2ME is a cloud-based data-analysis platform developed by Metrichor Ltd for Oxford Nanopore Technologies.

It has a number of pre-configured workflows for the analysis of nanopore data such as alignment, barcoding, metagenomic classification (e.g. WIMP: What’s In My Pot), human structural variation calling, and many others.

EPI2ME may be run during sequencing with MinKNOW for real-time data analysis.

However, the two software are independent of each other and are run separately.
