To obtain the MAC address for your device, please navigate to the admin interface by clicking on Host Settings > Network Settings. The address will be visible here, as seen in the following image:

Previous versions of the software may not show the MAC address, so the device will need to be updated.

On any software version, you can also SSH into the device and run 'ifconfig' without quotation marks.
