We have developed VolTRAX to further simplify and speed up the process of genomics analysis and to enable those with limited lab experience or resources to perform nanopore sequencing.

The following consumables and equipment are needed when working with the VolTRAX device and VolTRAX cartridges for library preparation.

A standard laptop or computer meeting the requirements listed <a href="https://community.nanoporetech.com/protocols/voltrax-v2-protocol/v/vtx_2004_v1_revk_08feb2019/computer-requirements-for-V2?from=support" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">here</a> for using the VolTRAX V2 software (download link <a href="https://community.nanoporetech.com/downloads?from=support" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">here</a>).

Pipettes and pipette tips (Rainin 20 µl is recommended, please see more details <a href="https://community.nanoporetech.com/protocols/voltrax-v2-protocol/v/vtx_2004_v1_revm_08feb2019/laboratory-equipment-and-?from=support" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">here</a>).
