Barcoding is compatible with any double-stranded DNA product.

Barcodes can be added through PCR or by native barcoding when the user has generated their own cDNA. See the <a href="https://community.nanoporetech.com/protocols?from=support" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">protocols</a> page for a full list of barcoding protocols.

Our <a href="https://store.nanoporetech.com/productDetail/?id=cdna-pcr-barcoding-sequencing-kit-1" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">PCR-cDNA Barcoding Kit</a> allows you to multiplex 24 samples in a single library.
