Currently, the lowest input amount is 10 pg for the <a href="https://community.nanoporetech.com/protocols/premium_wga_sqk-lsk109/v/wal_9070_v109_revd_23may2018?from=support" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Premium Whole Genome Amplification protocol</a>. Other <a href="https://store.nanoporetech.com/sample-prep.html" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">kits</a> have different minimum input DNA requirements.
