The Ligation Sequencing Kit XL (SQK-LSK109-XL) is a scaled-up version of the 6-reaction Ligation Sequencing Kit (SQK-LSK109).

The XL version offers sufficient reagents to prepare up to 48 sequencing libraries from dsDNA, e.g. gDNA, cDNA, or amplicons, and is supplied with a Flow cell Priming Kit XL (EXP-FLP002-XL).

The XL kits enable lower cost per reaction and scalability of the operation. With the dead volumes built in for the key components, users are encouraged to maximize library preparation efficiency by using multichannel pipettes or a liquid-handling robot for high throughput and automation.
