Wash kit EXP-WSH004 can be used for all of the same purposes as the previous kit EXP-WSH003 and includes sufficient reagents for 6 reactions.

The new kit allows for a reduction in required nuclease, with the Wash Solution A, now labeled as Wash Mix (WMX).

Note that while the name of the solution has changed, Wash Solution A and Wash Mix contain the same solution and concentration.

The Wash Solution B is replaced in the new kit with a Wash Diluent (DIL) solution containing a different composition to optimize osmolarity when added to the flow cells.
