The Flongle Sequencing Expansion (EXP-FSE002) kit contains Sequencing Buffer (SB), Flow Cell Flush (FCF), Library Solution (LIS) and Library Beads (LIB) that are normally found in the Ligation Sequencing Kit V14 (SQK-LSK114). The components are NOT backwards-compatible with earlier kit versions, for example the Ligation Sequencing Kit (SQK-LSK109). Components within EXP-FSE002 remain supplied in glass vials, which we have shown improves Flongle flow cell robustness during a sequencing run.
